What We Do

Supportive Alliance is an agency that create safe space for members of racialized community to have equal access to mental health services and support. Our agency is dedicated to providing dignified, compassionate and holistic case management, counseling, legal support, and settlement services to individuals who have experienced racial discrimination and/or trauma. We strive to empower and uplift our clients by promoting healing, resilience, and self-advocacy, while also advocating for systemic change to eradicate the root causes of racial health disparities. Our ultimate goal is to foster an inclusive and equitable society where every person has the opportunity to thrive and reach their potentials.

We recognize that these individuals may face unique barriers, and we are dedicated to removing those barriers to ensure equitable access to our services.

In-Person Accessibility

    Our physical locations are designed to be accessible to individuals with mobility challenges. We provide ramps, elevators, and other facilities to ensure ease of access.
  • Cultural Sensitivity
    Our staff is trained to be culturally sensitive and responsive to the unique needs and experiences of racialized individuals, especially those dealing with mental health issues, violence, and discrimination.
  • Communication Support
    We offer interpretation services and have multilingual staff to assist with effective communication.

    S.A. has a zero-tolerance policy for violence and discrimination, and our staff is trained to handle these situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
