Supportive Alliance

Recruiting a diverse and well-rounded Board of Directors for this not-for-profit organization on volunteer basis without pay. Term of service is yearly. Qualify individuals should possess the following skills, experiences, and expertise:

While in their board roles, directors are expected to convene 7-10 times annually, and members are encouraged to actively participate in both board and committee meetings, which may occur monthly, to address organizational matters.

We provide culturally sensitive case management counselling, advocacy and legal support, and settlement services for individuals experiencing racial discrimination. We promote healing, resilience, and self-advocacy, advocating for systemic change to eradicate racial health disparities.
